Concerts at Christ Church, North Adelaide.

Christ Church North Adelaide continues its 2016 Concert series with Sacred Song on Sunday 18 September, featuring soprano Naomi Hede and organist Andrew Georg. 

The centrepiece is Henryk Górecki’s O Domina Nostra. Composed ten years after his famous Symphony of Sorrowful Songs, this is a monumental meditation for soprano and organ. 

Alongside this, Naomi and Andrew will perform popular works from the vast sacred music repertoire. 

Naomi Hede studied singing in Adelaide, Edinburgh and London. She has performed as guest soloist with many Adelaide choirs and orchestras and with the State Opera of SA, most recently appearing as Pamina in Mozart’s The Magic Flute.
